Outbound Baby Company came to light one day as we were packing for our one-month summer trip to San Diego.  At that time our children were 5 months & 3 years old.  As we were packing, we realized we had no more room to put all of our ’stuff”.   We realized that we were taking Everything and we needed Everything.  We thought to ourselves how wonderful it would be to not have to pack all this ’stuff”, but rather have all this “stuff” available at our destination.  We didn’t realize at the time that this “idea” was actually a baby equipment rental business and they exist in practically every state!  We then knew there was a need for a baby equipment rental business in our Palm Springs area.   And who better to start one, than us!  Afterall, we are parents, we travel with our kids and we know first hand what items are needed, especially when you travel.  Thus, Outbound Baby Company was born!  Now known as ”the business” in our family, we are happy to say that it has become more than just a business.  It’s a wonderful feeling to know that we are helping so many families out there and taking care of the stress that often comes with packing.  We like to think that in some way we play a part in making their time away from home a little more enjoyable and our kids just love trying out all the new products before we decide to purchase them for “the business”.
